You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform. Material misrepresentations in registration data constitute a violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k8o Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 8k8o will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether you personally initiated it — remains your responsibility until such time as you report unauthorized access to 8k8o support.
8k8o operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or upon any material change to your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may request closure of your 8k8o Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met prior to the closure request.
8k8o accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 8k8o Account balance within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within the same business day for transfers initiated before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). 8k8o is not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution's processing systems.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 8k8o Account are derived from lawful sources and belong to you personally. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties, or funded by proceeds of illegal activity, constitute a material violation of these Terms and applicable Philippine law. 8k8o cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in cases of suspected financial crime.
Note: 8k8o does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in Section 5. Deposits made through unauthorized methods will be reversed.
8k8o offers various promotional bonuses, cashback schemes, reload incentives, and VIP rewards to eligible Players. The following general terms govern all promotions unless the specific terms of an individual promotion expressly state otherwise.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. Wagering requirements, the games eligible for wagering requirement fulfilment, and any time limits applicable to a specific bonus are stated in that promotion's individual terms. 8k8o reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are void. 8k8o will not be liable for losses caused by system outages or third-party game provider interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG system or by the live game result (for live dealer games). In cases of dispute, the server-side game records are considered authoritative. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from 8k8o.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 8k8o's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8k8o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: lost gaming opportunities, loss of data, service interruptions caused by third-party providers or force majeure events, or any other losses arising from Platform use beyond 8k8o's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits 8k8o's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter for which liability cannot be limited by applicable Philippine law.
8k8o collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 8k8o Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and the detection and prevention of fraud and money laundering.
8k8o reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, consistent with PAGCOR requirements and applicable law. When material changes are made, 8k8o will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.3.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless resolved through the PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism as described below.
In the first instance, all disputes should be submitted to 8k8o's customer support team via the live chat facility or by email to [email protected]. 8k8o commits to responding to all formal disputes within five (5) business days and resolving the majority of disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through 8k8o's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review. 8k8o will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
